Kim Miller, of Eagan, watched her nephew, Logan Matala, 6, paint and draw at a Smiles for Sandy Hook Elementary art event Saturday at the Bloomington Theatre and Arts Center. Ryliegh Powers, 4, of Blaine, looked pleased with her finished smile. Twenty children – all ages 6 and 7 – and six adults were killed in the rampage at Sandy Hook Elementary this month.
