A FLURRY OF FLAGS
The Vikings were penalized five times for 65 yards in the third quarter Sunday, including:
• A 15-yard roughing-the-kicker penalty on Andrew Sendejo and a 15-yard personal foul penalty on Jared Allen that kept alive a long Colts drive that ended in a field goal.
• A 10-yarder for an illegal block on Christian Ballard during a punt return.
• A 15-yard unnecessary-roughness penalty on Matt Kalil and 10-yard holding penalty on Phil Loadholt, stalling the Vikings' subsequent drive.
