A 4-year-old operating a small four-wheel ATV ran over his little brother on the family's rural residential property west of St. Cloud, sending the smaller sibling to the hospital, authorities said.
Riley Kraemer, about 18 months old, was taken by ambulance Saturday evening from the home in St. Joseph Township to St. Cloud Hospital for treatment of minor injuries and then released, according to the Stearns County Sheriff's Office.
Brother Trey Kraemer was operating the 90cc Polaris Predator four-wheeler and was not hurt, the Sheriff's Office added.
