Water looks to be receding, but there is enough of it on the roadway that authorities have shut down the ramps from eastbound 394 to both 6th and 4th Street in downtown Minneapolis.
A water main break coming from Target Center is the reason for the flood.
Look for a couple vehicles on the ramp from westbound 94 to Woodbury Drive. That's where an earlier vehicle fire took place.
Look for a couple vehicles off on the right shoulder and possibly in the right lane on westbound 94 at Dale Street in St. Paul.
