APPLE VALLEY

DEC. 17

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and possession of an open bottle after being involved in a property damage accident near the intersection of Galaxie Avenue and Safari Pass.

Disturbing the peace. An adult was arrested for disturbing the peace and possession of drug paraphernalia near the intersection of W. 153rd Street and Cedar Avenue.

DEC. 19

Order for protection violation. An adult was arrested for violating an order for protection on the 7700 block of W. 157th Street.

EAGAN

DEC. 20

Theft from motor vehicle. A vehicle was broken into and an iPhone and a car stereo were stolen at View Pointe Apartments, 3931 Valley View Drive N.

Theft. An employee was arrested for stealing two tablets and three headphones from Kohl’s Department Store, 1350 Town Centre Drive.

Burglary. Jewelry and a laptop computer were stolen during a forced entry burglary on the 4700 block of Galaxie Avenue while the resident was shoveling the driveway in back.

Drug activity. A woman was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a revoked license near the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Northwood Parkway.

DEC. 22

DWI. A woman was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test and possession of a controlled substance near the intersection of Red Pine Lane and Redpoll Court.

DEC. 23

Theft. A cashier was arrested for theft after she rang up a purchase and then didn’t charge a family for $1,400 of merchandise. She also gave them more than $800 in discounts on merchandise they did purchase. The incident occurred at Kohl’s, 1350 Town Centre Drive.

Burglary. Electronics, checkbooks, coins and wrapped Christmas presents were reported stolen during a forced entry burglary on the 500 block of Tyne Lane.
