APPLE VALLEY

AUG. 28

Drug activity. An adult was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia near the intersection of W. 142nd Street and Johnny Cake Ridge Road.

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, disorderly conduct, trespassing and driving with a revoked license on the 7100 block of W. 147th Street.

SEPT. 4

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI, reckless driving and fleeing police in a motor vehicle near the intersection of W. 147th Street and Johnny Cake Ridge Road.

SEPT. 7

Theft from motor vehicle. An adult was arrested for the theft of items from a motor vehicle near the intersection of W. 150th Street and Cedar Avenue.

Burnsville

AUG. 28

Traffic violations. A 24-year-old South St. Paul woman was arrested for careless driving and having no insurance.

Theft. A 19-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for theft at SuperAmerica, 1900 County Road 42 W.

AUG. 29

Obstructing the legal process. A 38-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for interfering with a police officer on the 1600 block of Cliff Road.

AUG. 30

DWI. A 52-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI and refusing to submit to a chemical test.

DWI. A 33-year-old Burnsville woman was arrested for DWI, driving without a valid license and having no proof of insurance on the 14200 block of Irving Avenue S.

Assault. A Baltimore man, 46, and a Matthews, N.C., man, 35, were arrested for assault on the 13000 block of Aldrich Avenue S.
