ELKO NEW MARKET
Theft. Aluminum was reported stolen at Twin City Featherlite Trailer, 10881 E. 260th Street.
DWI. A man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for a driving violation near the intersection of Old Highway 169 Boulevard and Hope Avenue.
Obstructing the legal process. A man was arrested for obstructing the legal process with force after a traffic stop for not wearing a seat belt near the intersection of Highway 159 and 133rd Street. A search of the vehicle turned up 32.2 grams of marijuana and other items. Formal charges are pending.
Burglary. A television and bottle of wine, valued at $408, was reported stolen from a model home on the 14100 block of McKenna Road NW.
Disorderly conduct. A 47-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for theft and disorderly conduct at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Boulevard NW., after he reportedly stole food and drink from a nearby convenience store.
Drug activity. A 32-year-old Ham Lake man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and hypodermic needles, providing false information to police, driving with a revoked license and an outstanding Hennepin County warrant, and a 26-year-old Ham Lake woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, a seat belt violation and two Anoka County warrants near the intersection of Mystic Lake Drive NW. and Sioux Trail NW.
Warrant service. A 23-year-old Burnsville man was arrested on a warrant and cited for fleeing a police officer, providing false information to police and possession of prescription drugs without a valid prescription after a crosswalk violation near the intersection of NW. 140th Street and McKenna Road NW.
Burglary. Burglaries were reported at residences in the 15200 and 14600 blocks of Wilds Parkway NW. Golf clubs and gear, rain gear, sunglasses and a cellphone were among the items reported missing.
DWI. A 26-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for DWI near the intersection of S. Highway 13 and Fish Point Road SE.
