    Where: Arcola Mills, site of an 1800s lumber village, is about 6 miles north of Stillwater on the St. Croix River. Access to the site is just off Hwy. 95 at 12905 Arcola Trail N.

    When: The National Park Service plans to have a visitor center at the 1847 mansion from May through October. The center will be staffed daily except on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
