JULY 5

Theft. A car battery was stolen out of a locked vehicle on the 10500 block of Central Avenue NE.

JULY 6

Theft. A 1996 Honda Accord was stolen from the 600 block of Northtown Drive NE.

JULY 12

Theft. Someone from Springbrook Drive NE. sold a necklace on Craigslist and was paid with counterfeit money.

CIRCLE PINES

JULY 22

Property damage. A basketball hoop was damaged at Golden Lake School, 1 School Road.

COON RAPIDS

JULY 13

Theft. A woman left her wedding ring at the Wave Pool, 750 County Pkwy. A NW. When she went back, it was gone.

JULY 14

Burglary. A computer was stolen from an unlocked apartment on the 11600 block of Dakotah Street NW.

JULY 23

Drunken driving. A 41-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving after he went through McDonald’s drive-through at 11364 Foley Blvd. NW. drinking a beer.

JULY 24

Theft. Someone stole 14 dumbbells from the exercise room at Colonial Estate Apartments, 11360 Robinson Drive NW.

Theft. Two rings were reported stolen from a home on 132nd Lane NW. Police reports said the homeowner’s son had a party at the home while she was out of town, and now the rings are missing.

FRIDLEY

JULY 12

Theft. Newly planted flowers were stolen from alongside a garage on the 5600 block of W. Bavarian Pass NE.

JULY 14

Dispute. An officer mediated a dispute between two females over a parking space at Wal-Mart, 8450 University Av. NE.

JULY 15

Property damage. A 48-year-old man was cited for property damage and discharging a weapon without a permit after he shot his neighbor’s shirt with a pellet rifle while it was hanging out on a clothes line.

LEXINGTON

JULY 13

Indecent exposure. A 22-year-old man was cited for indecent exposure after he was observed urinating in the parking lot at Bamboo Betty’s, 3800 Restwood Road.

JULY 17

Harassment. Officers warned both parties to stay away from one another after responding to a neighbor harassment report on Patriot Lane.

JULY 22

Property damage. Two tires on a vehicle were slashed on the 9500 block of Hamline Avenue.

MOUNDS VIEW

JULY 23

Theft. Tires and yard equipment were stolen from Midwest Motor Express, 2169 Mustang Dr.

Arson. Someone set fire to a portable toilet at Groveland Park, 2815 Ardan Av.

Drunken driving. A 60-year-old Mounds View man was arrested for drunken driving following a traffic stop at County Road I and Woodlawn Drive.

ST. ANTHONY

JULY 15

Theft. A 34-year-old woman was arrested for felony motor vehicle theft on 37th Avenue NE. and Stinson Boulevard following a high-speed pursuit.

JULY 21

Traffic violation. A 66-year-old woman was cited for misuse of a handicapped parking permit at Wal-Mart, 3800 Silver Lake Road NE.

Public intoxication. An intoxicated 35-year-old man was taken to a special care facility after he was found lying in Silverwood Park, 2950 County Road E. His blood-alcohol concentration was .39 percent, police said.
