Theft. A guitar was stolen from Payday America, 789 53rd Av. NE. The surveillance video shows a suspect and the case is under investigation.

OCT. 27

Weapons. A 7-year-old girl was shot in the leg with a BB gun on the 1300 block of Fireside Drive NE. No charges were filed.

Assist family. Officers responded to a home on the 1300 block of Osborne Road NE. According to police reports, the wife was frustrated with her husband because he wouldn't give her a break from the kids.

OCT. 29

Assist family. Officers spoke to a 4-year-old boy at his mother's request at an apartment on the 5200 block of 3rd Street NE. about the dangers and consequences of stealing. The boy had stolen a piece of candy the previous day.

OCT. 30

Burglary. Several guns were stolen from Trail's End Bass Pro shop at 7597 Hwy. 65 NE.

Noise complaint. A female was reportedly screaming in what was believed to be domestic case at an apartment on the 5200 block of 3rd Street NE. When officers arrived, they found it was an intoxicated female singing with the radio.

Underage drinking. A 17-year-old girl was arrested for underage consumption at AmericInn, 2200 County Road 10, after a request was made to have her removed from a hotel room.

Domestic. A 13-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man were arrested for domestic assault after assaulting their mother at a home on Kingsway Lane.

NOV. 4

Assault. A 38-year-old man was arrested for assault after hitting someone with a baseball bat on the 5600 block of Quincy Street.

Obstruction. A 36-year-old man was arrested for obstructing the legal process on the 2100 block of Highway Avenue.

Theft. Three cans of chewing tobacco were stolen from a vehicle on the 15200 block of Geranium Street NW.

OCT. 22

Theft. A 50-year-old Minneapolis woman was cited for theft after she was caught on surveillance video stealing a bottle of tanning lotion from Totally Tan, 7876 Sunwood Drive NW.

OCT. 23

Theft. Someone stole 25 radiators containing copper and brass from a trailer that was parked at Comfort Suites, 6440 Hwy. 10.

OCT. 26

Theft. A woman from a home on the 15500 block of Sodium Way said she had some guests at her home the previous night and now her iPad was missing.

Drunken driving. A 43-year-old Ramsey man was arrested for drunken driving on the 14200 block of Tungsten Way NW.

OCT. 31

Theft. Aluminum ladders were stolen off of two trucks at an apartment on the 6900 block of Hwy. 10 NW. The locks and chains had been cut.

Theft. A 2013 Keystone camper was stolen from the lot at Quality RV, 8170 Hwy. 10. The owner of the camper had brought it there for service work. Estimated value was $40,144.

Theft. A 24-year-old woman had her wallet stolen from her purse while she was shopping at Wal-Mart, 3800 Silver Lake Road.

NOV. 17

Burglary. A 1964 Chevrolet was stolen from St. Anthony Self-Storage, 3829 Foss Road. The vehicle was later recovered after it had been involved in an accident.

NOV. 18

Public intoxication. A 47-year-old man was taken to a detox facility after he was found passed out at Applebee's, 2800 39th Av. NE.
