Here's when the public libraries in Minneapolis will reopen as Hennepin County libraries:
Jan. 2 at 10 a.m.: Downtown, East Lake, Franklin, Hosmer, Linden Hills, Nokomis, North Regional, Northeast, Bottineau, Sumner, Walker and Washburn. The downtown opening will offer hot chocolate to patrons.
Jan. 3 at noon: Roosevelt, Southeast and Webber Park.
Jan. 12: Reopening events will be held at 10 a.m. at Roosevelt, noon at Southeast and 2 p.m. at Webber Park.
