A center lane blocking stall is lousing up traffic on westbound 494 at the ramp to northbound 35W in Richfield.
The problem area continues to be on I-35E through Eagan. Both directions are icy and dealing with crashes, spin outs and delays between Lone Oak Road and Cliff Road.
