DULUTH, Minn. — A driver is hospitalized after his car crashed through a guardrail in Duluth, plunged about 60 feet off a cliff, hit a boulder and landed a few feet from Lake Superior.
Ken Greshowak discovered the accident Tuesday because it wasn't far from his home. Greshowak says he didn't know how long the victim had been in the crashed car, but suspected it had been several hours because the engine was cold.
Greshowak tells WDIO-TV (http://bit.ly/1dHCnzB ) the driver had no jacket, only a T-shirt, so he wrapped his coat around him and reassured him that help was on the way. The man was taken to St. Luke's Hospital. His condition is not known.
