A 64-year-old man from St. Peter, Minn., was identified Friday as the victim of a fatal truck rollover south of the Twin Cities.
Gerald R. Gunderson was driving southbound on Hwy. 3 a couple miles south of Northfield at about 12:30 p.m. Thursday when his semitrailer truck left the road and struck the field approach and power poles while entering a ditch.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, no alcohol was detected in Gunderson's system. He was wearing his seat belt.
