The Minneapolis FBI is looking for the man who robbed a TCF Bank in Roseville Wednesday afternoon.

The robber walked into the bank's branch inside Cub Foods at 2100 N. Snelling Av. about 12:10 p.m. and showed a teller a dark handgun and verbally demanded money. The suspect stuffed an undisclosed amount of money into a light colored portfolio he was carrying and then left the bank on foot, said FBI Special Agent Paul McCabe.

It was the second time the branch has been robbed in recent weeks and the 65th in the metro area this year. A woman held up the same bank on Dec. 3.

The culprit is described as a black male with a light complexion and freckles and moles on his face. He is approximately 40 years old and between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 10 inches with a medium build. The robber was wearing a dark colored baseball cap with an "M" on the front, an olive military-style parka with a fur lined hood, gray T-shirt, blue jeans and white tennis shoes, McCabe said.

Anybody with information is asked to call the FBI at 612-376-3200.
