Former U.S. poet laureate Billy Collins will be at Century College in White Bear Lake in April. His presentation is free and open to the public. Collins has been called "the most popular poet in America," by the New York Times, and in 2005, he was the first recipient of the Mark Twain Prize for Humor in Poetry. His newest book, "Horoscopes for the Dead," will be published this spring. He'll speak from 7 to 8:30 p.m. April 25 at the college's East Campus Lincoln Mall as part of Century College's Speaker Series. Century College is at 3300 Century Ave. N., White Bear Lake.
