Dan Wasserman is the author of “We've Been Framed!” (1987), a collection of his cartoons covering President Ronald Reagan's two terms in office, and “Paper Cuts” (1995), a selection of work from the early 1990s. He is a native of New Haven, Conn. (The Minnesota Star Tribune)
