Digital River, Minnetonka, named Ted Cahall executive vice president and chief operating officer. Cahall was a corporate vice president of MSN and held senior executive positions at AOL. Digital River also named Thomas Peterson executive vice president and general manager of commerce. Peterson was executive director of global accounts for the HP enterprise group and has 30 years of experience at IBM.

Colle+McVoy, Minneapolis, named Jim Silburn president. Silburn was the director of client services and has worked for Fallon, Martin Williams and Carmichael Lynch. Colle+McVoy also named Joe Bock director of account management. Bock was a senior vice president, group creative director at McCann Erickson in Los Angeles and has worked for TBWA\Chiat\Day and J. Walter Thompson.

Olson, Minneapolis, named Lydell Capritta president of its brand/digital unit. Capritta was president of Atomic Playpen and senior partner and general manager of JWT's Digitaria.

Moving up

Think Mutual Bank, Rochester, named Mike Snyder senior vice president of financial services. Snyder was chief business officer and has been with the bank since 2002. Think named Jenny Hosfeld senior vice president of community banking. Hosfeld was the vice president of community banking and has worked for Wells Fargo. Think also named Chad Murray senior vice president of marketing and Chad DeCook vice president of small business banking.

Sedgwick named Darryl Hammann executive vice president of disability and absence management operations. Hammann joined Sedgwick in 1993 and has held the positions of disability practice lead and senior vice president of client services.

On the move

RedBrick Health, Minneapolis, named Sara Ratner senior vice president of operations. Ratner was president and head of operations for Neopath Health and has worked for Prime Therapeutics and CVS/Caremark. She teaches business and health law for the University of St. Thomas. RedBrick Health also named Daniel Moloney vice president of data science. Moloney was president and founder of SwiftKnowledge and has worked for Control Data and the University of Minnesota.

Logic PD, Minneapolis, named Bill Betten vice president of business solutions in the medical/life sciences team. Betten was a medical technology director at TechInsights and serves on the editorial advisory board for the Medical Design and Diagnostic Industry magazine.

BKV Group, Minneapolis, named Scott Elofson senior project designer. Elofson was a project designer for AECOM and has worked for James Dayton Design. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.

Anchor Bank, St. Paul, named Tom Klassen senior vice president, leasing. Klassen has worked for Associated Bank and Signal Bank. He is a graduate of Cardinal Stritch University and received his master's degree from the University of St. Thomas.
