This beautiful Red-tailed Hawk was photographed recently in Bloomington by Dave Torp, who saw the bird in a tree in a neighbor's yard. The bird is holding a Gray Squirrel. Very nice photo. Thanks for sharing, Dave.
I wish we had a hawk like that. We certainly have the squirrels.
