The Twins had the third-lowest walk rate in the majors last year but a horrid start to 2025 with 17 issued walks in 32 innings. That trend has slowed, however.
Byron Buxton was a part of that Twins team that started 0-9 in 2016 en route to finishing 59-103, so he understands there’s no reason to panic ... yet.
