OCONTO, Wis. — A judge in Oconto County has ordered a man convicted in a fatal car crash to spend an hour at the grave of his victim on the anniversary of her death for ten years after he's released from prison.
Twenty-one-year-old Brandon Bosacki was also sentenced to spend the next three years in prison for the death of Jamie Bialozynski. (beye-ah-loz-IN'-skee). The 17-year-old girl died and two other teens were injured when Bosacki lost control of his car while speeding and crashed near Abrams in June of 2012.
Bosacki pleaded no contest to homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle and two other felonies.
The Press-Gazette Media (http://gbpg.net/11FBDeN ) says Oconto County Judge Michael Judge also ordered Bosacki to speak to high school students three times a year for ten years about the consequences of the crash.
