Facebook users who are bothered by the e-mail change can reset their profile. The previously displayed e-mail addresses have not been deleted. To make the original address visible, log in, click "Edit Profile" and then "Contact Information." There, if your account was affected by the change, you can choose which e-mail addresses are visible. Be sure to click "Save Changes" when you are done.
