Westbound Hwy. 36 also slows from Lexington Avenue over to Hwy. 280. Plan on 10 minutes.
On westbound 694, it's a parking lot from SIlver Lake Road over to Hwy. 100. It's a good 25 minutes through there.
Eastbound drivers, no gloating. Your lane restrictions are coming this week.
No relief on southbound Hwy. 169. That unplanned road work at 49th Avenue has created a big bottleneck that has traffic stopped back to 77th Avenue.
A man fleeing West St. Paul Police officers responding to a domestic disturbance call died after crashing a vehicle into a power pole and parked cars. The incident is under investigation.
