- Northbound Hwy. 169 from the Bloomington Ferry Bridge up to 494
- Southbound 35E from Hwy. 36 to downtown St. Paul
- Southbound 35W from Lake Drive to Hwy. 10 and Industrial Blvd. to Washington Avenue
- Northbound 35W from Burnsville Pkwy. to Black Dog Road
- Westbound 94 from Ruth Street to Mounds Blvd.
