One of Whistleblower's co-workers had a traffic accident two weeks ago that damaged only her car.

But last week she got five letters from chiropractors and one from a lawyer professing concern for her health and offering free services. They likely got her address from a police accident report, a public record.

My co-worker called the letters "creepy." She hadn't even told her mother.

One chiropractor congratulated the woman on winning a "massage and $480 wellness certificate." Another said that "as a leading health care provider" she is notified of accidents. The lawyer said he'd work on a contingency basis.
