A vehicle stuck on the tracks near the Fort Snelling Station is causing delays on the light-rail line this morning.

Blue Line trains are sharing a track in the area, so expect trains to be running a few minutes late.
Metro Transit says there are no injuries and the vehicle did not come in contact with a train.
The special election Nov. 5 will determine whether the GOP flips control of the state Senate or the DFL stays in charge.
