Word is the intersection of Rice Street or Marion St. and University Avenue in St. Paul is partially blocked with a rollover crash. That might have been the end of a police chase scanners were crackling about. A pickup truck is upside down and one person is trapped inside. This is in St. Paul.

In Edina, watch for a stall partially blocking the right shoulder on the eastbound Crosstown at Tracy Avenue.

Traffic is building on southbound Hwy. 169 from 94 to Hwy. 7. That is 18 minutes.

Westbound Hwy. 36 is 10 minutes from Hwy. 61 to Fairview Avenue.
