Never miss a tweet?
Even heavy Twitter users will admit that it can be hard to keep up with all those tweets. Step away for a minute and you're bound to miss something. To help, the social network says it will begin surfacing popular tweets at the top of users' timelines (even if they're hours old). It's calling the function Recap. Facebook has long organized its feed with popular posts at the top — a practice that is often criticized. Guaranteed: If Twitter's new idea faces any unrest, you'll hear about it in your feed — Recap or not.
