Andy Enfield, then coach at Florida Gulf Coast, was on the Gophers' wish list after they fired Tubby Smith in 2013. Enfield took the job at USC and the Gophers hired Richard Pitino. How the USC and Gophers stacked up after the 2012-13 season and now:

USC in 2012-13: 14-18, RPI of 119.

USC in 2015-16: 18-5, RPI of 18.

Gophersin 2012-13: 21-13, RPI of 30.

Gophers in 2015-16: 6-18, RPI of 238.
