Left tackle Christian Darrisaw (knee/foot) and left guard Donovan Jackson (ankle) did not practice for the second straight day because of injuries sustained last Sunday in Green Bay. Darrisaw has not normally practiced on Thursdays this season as part of his recovery from knee surgery.

O’Connell said Monday that the Vikings planned to have a short practice on Thanksgiving Day and longer practices Wednesday and Friday this week.

Defensive lineman Jalen Redmond (hip) was added to the injury report Thursday and listed as limited.

Quarterback J.J. McCarthy (concussion) was among five Vikings players who remained limited Thursday, joining edge rusher Jonathan Greenard (shoulder), edge rusher Dallas Turner (hip), safety Josh Metellus (knee/shoulder) and safety Theo Jackson (neck).

Justin Jefferson and Harrison Smith, who were given rest days on Wednesday, were listed as full participants on Thursday.

Seahawks

Running back George Holani (hamstring) remained out a practice while linebacker Uchenna Nwosu (ankle) and safety Ty Okada of Woodbury (oblique) were upgraded to limited after not practicing Wednesday.

Whoever starts at quarterback for the Vikings on Sunday in Seattle may have another patchwork offensive line in front of him.

Left tackle Christian Darrisaw (knee/foot) and left guard Donovan Jackson (ankle) did not practice Wednesday because of injuries suffered in last week’s 23-6 loss to the Packers. Both could practice later this week, according to coach Kevin O’Connell.

Jackson “will have to improve from where he’s at right now to have a chance to play,” O’Connell said, “which is very possible.”

Tackle Justin Skule and guard Blake Brandel filled in for Darrisaw and Jackson in Green Bay.

Quarterback Max Brosmer ran the first-team offense during Wednesday’s practice while J.J. McCarthy threw passes in position drills but did not participate in full-team sessions. McCarthy remains in the concussion protocol after taking five sacks against the Packers. Quarterback John Wolford operated the scout-team offense, O’Connell said.

McCarthy was among seven Vikings players who had their practice reps capped on Wednesday, including receiver Justin Jefferson (rest), edge rusher Jonathan Greenard (shoulder), edge rusher Dallas Turner (hip), safety Josh Metellus (knee/shoulder), safety Harrison Smith (rest) and safety Theo Jackson (neck).

Jefferson said the team is putting less stress on his legs entering Week 13.

“Still do walkthrough and everything,” he said, “just not the fast periods.”

Seahawks

Running back George Holani (hamstring), linebacker Uchenna Nwosu (ankle) and safety Ty Okada of Woodbury (oblique) did not practice Wednesday.

Receivers Cooper Kupp and Jaxon Smith-Njigba, linebacker Demarcus Lawrence and defensive end Leonard Williams were listed as limited for rest.

Defensive ends Rylie Mills (knee) and Mike Morris (knee), running back Kenneth Walker (glute) and guard Grey Zabel (knee) were also limited.
