NEW PRODUCTS Boston Scientific Corp., Natick, Mass., has received Food and Drug Administration approval of its Genesys HTA System for the treatment of menorrhagia. The Genesys HTA System is a next-generation endometrial ablation system designed to ablate the endometrial lining of the uterus in premenopausal women with menorrhagia, abnormally heavy and prolonged menstrual bleeding. An estimated 10 million women in the United States suffer from this condition.

DEBT AND EQUITIES Toro Co., Bloomington, has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 18 cents per share, payable July 9 to shareholders of record on June 18. As of May 17, the company had 33.2 million common shares outstanding.

HickoryTech Corp., Mankato, declared a quarterly dividend of 13 cents per common share, payable Sept. 5 to shareholders of record on Aug. 15.
