Finally breaking into the AP Poll after starting 5-1, including last week's 31-13 win over No. 15 Michigan, No. 20 USC can continue its climb with a win over No. 13 Notre Dame on Saturday. (Alex Kormann/The Minnesota Star Tribune)

After an eventful Week 7 saw Indiana flex its muscles at Oregon, USC bully Michigan and Penn State continue a coach-killing collapse, Big Ten football might lack such high drama this week. Still, there are matchups to savor.

(Note: All games Saturday. The Gophers-Purdue prediction will run in the GameDay preview package).
