TFD: Would Kris Humphries jump off a bridge, save a baby or waive his no-trade clause? It's all situational

Good times.

The quote of the day -- and maybe the month so far -- comes from the Newark Star-Ledger, via the crew at Ball Don't Lie. It's local boy Kris Humphries, trying to explain whether or not he would waive his no-trade clause: "Would you jump off a bridge?" Humphries asked reporters who inquired about his willingness to waive the no-trade. "It depends how high the water is (or) if there was a drowning baby in the water. I mean, because you (might) jump off in the summer, if it was warm out, (and) you know the water was deep underneath.

"It's all circumstantial, is the point I'm trying to make," he said.

Hmmm. Still don't know much about Humphries' no-trade waiving willingness, nor are we entirely clear on his baby-saving policies. Someone better with charts and graphs might plot out a ratio of water temperature to bridge-jumping?

Regardless, that is quite the quote.
