Timberwolves coach Rick Adelman will go with continuity, experience, ball handling over size in his first game back on the bench.
He has decided to keep veteran Luke Ridnour in the starting lineup beside Ricky Rubio and bring Alexey Shved off the bench now that Shved is back tonight after spraining his ankle against these very Clippers two weeks ago.
The Wolves are getting Shved, Adelman and starting center Nikola Pekovic back in the lineup tonight after time away while the Clippers will play without All-Star point guard Chris Paul and veteran Chauncey Billups.

* The NBA today named Wolves forward Kevin Love its Kia Community Assist Award winner for December for his efforts in the community.
He was honored in part for winter coat drive that collected more than 2,500 coats.
