Twin Cities Automotive, a division of Pohlad Cos., has acquired its second Chevrolet dealership as it continues to expand into the U.S. domestic market to compliment its dealerships in luxury vehicles and Asian brands.
TCA closed on the acquisition of Star West Chevrolet earlier this week. Terms were not disclosed.
The dealership will be renamed Chevrolet of Delano and its power sports division will become a standalone dealership called Star West Motorsports. All employees will be retained, TCA said. The Delano deal marks the second non-metro Chevrolet dealership acquisition by TCA this year. It earlier acquired North Branch Chevrolet. The TCA portfolio now consists of 11 dealerships.
