Falcons: Atlanta will have a new kicker Sunday night. Younghoe Koo, who badly missed from 44 yards in the closing seconds of last week’s 23-20 loss to Tampa Bay, was downgraded to out and former Vikings kicker Parker Romo was elevated from the practice squad. The Falcons signed Romo on Tuesday. Atlanta also put safety Jordan Fuller (knee) on injured reserve Saturday and elevated receiver David Sills V from the practice squad.
