Police in Columbia Heights are investigating a homicide after a man was found dead in a car with apparent gunshot wounds Friday morning.
The man was found by police at 6:31 a.m. on the 500 block of 38th Avenue NE. after a report of gunshots, according to the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office.
