Urologix Inc., Plymouth, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Friday a form to deregister its common stock and suspend its reporting obligations. The company will not have to file a 10-K, 10-Qs or 8-Ks. Its stock will shift to trade on the OTC Pink marketplace.

Personnel

Insignia Systems, Brooklyn Park, president and CEO Glen Dall announced his resignation on Wednesday. According to an SEC filing Friday, Dall was offered a severance payment. Chief Financial Officer John Gonsior has been appointed the company's acting president.
