Well this is amusing.

The LeBron James "Fathead" was reduced in price from $99.99 to $17.41 in the wake of his departure from the Cavs to the Heat. No big deal, right? Lots of stuff goes on clearance after a player changes teams. Well ... the folks here seem to think there is a greater meaning behind the price reduction. They note that 1741 was the year famous traitor Benedict Arnold was born. This wouldn't be nearly as suspicious if not for the fact that Comic Sans-screed loving Cavs owner Dan Gilbert is involved with Fathead LLC.

Sometime during the early afternoon, by the way, those suckers sold out. Probably a lot of Clevelanders with some pretty sinister plans right now.

UPDATE: Sounds as though the Arnold thing is certainly no coincidence.
