An anti-ICE protest at the Target store in Richfield has led to several arrests as protesters demand the Minneapolis-based retailer publicly denounce the ongoing deportation operation.

White House border czar Tom Homan, who is overseeing Operation Metro Surge in Minnesota, will speak to the media Thursday morning.

After recent conversations with federal officials, Gov. Tim Walz said this week the surge of federal agents in Minnesota could soon be winding down.
