Even the associate producer of "Snakes on a Plane" wanted the Wolves to lock up Kevin Love

Good times.

We've periodically checked in on our Twitter search of "Kevin Love" this morning, mostly getting dumber by the minute as we watched people re-tweet erroneous reports or show a complete lack of understanding regarding the options Love and the Wolves have. However, Twitter did bear fruit a couple of times.

First and most importantly, it sounds like a four-year deal (with an opt-out after the third year) is going to happen. Frankly, we'd rather see Love get the five-year max, but if this is the compromise it's better than no deal.

Second and most amusingly: The associate producer of "Snakes on a Plane" chimed in with that tweet you see above. The only thing better would have been if he had copied Samuel L.'s famous line and said, "We need to get [redacted] Kevin Love's signature on a [redacted] contract."
