Winmark Corp., Plymouth, has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 11 cents per share, payable Dec. 1, to shareholders of record on Nov. 8.

Digi International Inc., Minnetonka, acquired TempAlert LLC, Boston, for $45 million. The deal closed on Oct. 20. TempAlert makes real-time temperature monitoring and task-management software for healthcare, industrial and food-service industries.

Qumu chief financial officer departs
Qumu Corp., Minneapolis, announced that chief financial officer, Peter Goepfrich, is resigning effective Nov. 6 to join a private equity portfolio company. Qumu will name an interim CFO and hire a search firm for a successor.
