Patterson Cos. Inc., Mendota Heights, has declared a quarterly dividend of 26 cents per share, payable Jan. 26 to shareholders of record on Jan. 12.

Xcel Energy Inc., Minneapolis, announced that Gail Boudreaux has informed the company she is resigning from its board of directors. She is resigning due to professional time commitments.
Boudreaux was named president and CEO of Anthem Inc., Indianapolis, on Nov. 6.
