Emergent Networks, Edina, a 30-year old information technology adviser has been acquired by Presidio Inc., New York.
All of Emergent Networks' 130 employees will make the transition and the company will continue to work at offices in Edina and Mankato under the Presidio name.
Presidio employs 2,800 and has annual revenue of approximately $2.7 billion.
