Christopher & Banks Corp., Plymouth, announced that its board of directors has elected Marc Ungerman as the company's interim chief financial officer.
Ungerman has been vice president and controller of the specialty retail company since November 2015. Before that he held various financial positions at Supervalu Inc., Best Buy Co. Inc. and Pentair.

OneBeacon shareholders approve deal
OneBeacon Insurance Group, Ltd., Plymouth, held a special general meeting of shareholders on Monday in which OneBeacon shareholders approved the approximately $1.7 billion merger proposal with Canada-based Intact Financial Corp. and a related executive compensation advisory proposal related to the merger.
