UCare, Minneapolis, named Scott Kammer and Amy Burt associate medical directors. Kammer was regional medical director, East region, for Allina Health Group primary care clinical service line. Burt was medical director for primary care, urgent care, occupational medicine and urgency centers for North Memorial. UCare also named Beth Allen behavioral health associate director.

Capstone, North Mankato, named Patricia Stockland publisher. Stockland was publisher for Cantata Learning and previously worked for Capstone. Capstone also named Darin Rasmussen vice president of digital product development.

CHF Solutions, Eden Prairie, named Vitaliy Epshteyn vice president of operations and engineering. Epshteyn was chief technology officer and senior director of engineering of the medical business unit at TE Connectivity.

Foley & Mansfield, Minneapolis, named Liz Sorenson Brotten partner. Sorenson Brotten was a shareholder for Lind Jensen Sullivan & Peterson and previously worked for Foley & Mansfield from 2007-2014.

YA, Minneapolis, named Jay O'Sullivan vice president of business development. O'Sullivan was senior vice president of sales for Waterfall and worked for Extended Footprint, Billeo and Cross MediaWorks.

TKDA, St. Paul, named Kathleen Anglo senior registered landscape architect. Anglo worked for 20 years for the city of St. Paul and was project manager and senior landscape architect for St. Paul's Grand Round Design and Implementation plan.

Hyatt Regency by Mall of America named Michelle Torguson general manager and Nanci Figueroa director of sales and marketing. Torguson was general manager for Radisson Blu Minneapolis Downtown and Figueroa was director of sales for ETC Hotels in Southern California.

USI Insurance Services named David Gantman senior benefits consultant. Gantman was a client advocate in the middle-market benefits practice for Willis Towers Watson.

Sambatek, Minnetonka, named Bill Wright senior project manager for the municipal services department.

Moving up

Ideal Credit Union, Woodbury, named Shannon Butler vice president of digital innovation. Butler joined Ideal in 2000 as a teller and most recently was director of contact center and E-banking.

National Bank of Commerce named Cammy Hansen vice president-community banking director.
