Regis Corp., Edina, named Rachel Endrizzi chief marketing officer. Endrizzi joined the company in 2004 and most recently was vice president, branding and marketing communications.

Smith Foundry, Minneapolis, named Nathan Smith executive vice president and chief operating officer. Smith joined the company in 2016 and held leadership positions at Element Materials Technologies, Best Buy, Otoka Energy and United Technologies.

On the move

Carlson Hotels, Minnetonka, named Andrew Skobe executive vice president and chief financial officer. Skobe was executive vice president and CFO for Croscill Home and CFO for WestPoint Home.

Sisu Healthcare IT Solutions, Duluth, named Dan Persons vice president of customer experience. Persons held leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group, GlaxoSmithKline, Express Scripts, NovoLogix and Thrivent Financial.

The PrivateBank named Brad Sprang managing director and senior relationship manager for its Minneapolis commercial banking team. Sprang was senior vice president and managing director for U.S. Bank's sponsor finance group.

Minneapolis College of Art and Design named Joy Brathwaite vice president for finance/chief financial officer. Brathwaite was vice president for business and finance for North Central University in Minneapolis.

Augsburg College, Minneapolis, named Monica Devers dean of professional studies. Devers was dean of health and human services for St. Cloud State University.

St. Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation named Deb Schaber chief executive. Schaber was director of marketing and communications for Mid-America Festivals and serves on the board for the Twin Cities Tourism and Attraction Association and the Minnesota Festivals & Events Association.

The Minneapolis Foundation named Ellen Luger senior vice president of philanthropic services. Luger was vice president, global philanthropy and volunteerism for General Mills and executive director of the General Mills Foundation.

Accessible360, Minneapolis, named Peter Quale vice president of accessibility and remediation. Quale was vice president of search and analytics at Nina Hale. Accessible360 also named Kelly Heikkila chief technology officer. Heikkila was director of products for Kinetic Data.
