Alerus named David Norris group president and director of sales and service. Norris joined the company in 2007 and most recently was Alerus' president of Minnesota markets. Alerus also named Sara Ausman regional president of the Twin Cities. Ausman joined the company in 2012 and most recently was managing director of professional services and private banking.

Moss & Barnett, Minneapolis, named Aaron Dean, Susan King, and Taylor Sztainer shareholders.

Medica, Minnetonka, named Tom Lindquist senior vice president and general manager, government programs. Lindquist held multiple leadership positions for UnitedHealth Group including president and chief operating officer of Ovations.

Burnsville Center, Burnsville, named Joe Duperre general manager. Duperre was general manager for Kirkwood Mall in Bismarck, N.D., and worked for Marriott City Center.

Advantus Capital Management, St. Paul, named Amy Theuninck vice president of institutional sales. Theuninck worked for Piper Jaffray and RBC and serves on the board for Camp Odayin.

Gray Plant Mooty, Minneapolis, named Marnie Fearon, Jon Hopeman and James Wahl principals.

Chestnut Cambronne, Minneapolis, named Jeffrey O'Brien partner. O'Brien was a shareholder at Lommen Abdo and chairman of its food and beverage law practice.

Rocket55, Minneapolis, named Brant Skogrand director of public relations. Skogrand was chief communications officer for Skogrand PR Solutions before Rocket55 acquired the company. Skogrand worked for Risdall Public Relations and Thrivent Financial and is an adjunct professor at North Central University.

Planned Parenthood Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota named Tonya Hampton vice president for human resources and organizational effectiveness. Hampton was senior director for diversity, inclusion and engagement for HealthPartners.

TKDA, St. Paul, named Elizabeth Tomlinson senior mechanical engineer. Tomlinson was a mechanical senior engineer for LHB and served in the U.S. Peace Corps.
