Opportunity Partners, Minnetonka, named Todd Schoolman vice president, human resources. Schoolman was senior director of human resources for Hallmark Business Connections.
Engineered Products Co., Minnetonka, named Jim Anderson executive vice president. Anderson was vice president of engineering for Emerson Electric's Appleton Group and was responsible for identifying and supporting growth opportunities for General Motors.
Periscope, Minneapolis, named Kathy Umland director of creative services. Umland held leadership positions at Martin Williams and Carmichael Lynch. She is a former president and district 8 governor for Ad Fed.
