Why Eden Prairie will win: Eden Prairie's high-octane offense scored fewer than 15 goals only once this season, and that happened against an Illinois team. The Eagles rallied twice in big games this season to win in a perfect campaign against Minnesota squads so far. That included a four-goal comeback to beat Blake 16-14 on May 27.
Key to watch: Eden Prairie's ability to win draws with a group that goes six deep. It includes junior midfielder Naomi Rogge, who has extra faceoff experience as a center with the Eagles' state champion girls' hockey team. Blake had trouble with draws at times in the semifinals during Prior Lake's rally.
Did you know?: Eden Prairie and Blake own all of the Minnesota State High School League girls' lacrosse titles — three for the Eagles, six for the Bears. This marks the eighth time they've met for the crown.
